Medical Missions Trip Applications

If you are interested in going with us on one of our trips, be sure to fill out the application subfolders.  Make sure to select the correct trip and year on the General Information application so we can make sure to contact you regarding that specific trip.  Also, each application has mandatory questions denoted by a red star.  If you have any immediate questions or problems with the application process, please feel free to contact us using the Contact Us tab located on the sidebar or by clicking on the link. Once all of your information is submitted, we will assume you are fully committed to the trip and we will therefore be in touch with you to plan an interview based on team skill-set needs.  We would love to take everyone that applies, but unfortunately we have a limited number of spots due to the boats we have to take in the Amazon, so we need to know who is able to commit to be able to start making accommodations.
