This is the 'General Application' packet for the trips led by The Rural Amazonian Health Initiative. Please fill out the information including: General Information, Spiritual Information, Education Information, Job Information, and Travel Information.  Once you have applied, we will assume that you will be able to commit to the trip unless otherwise specified.  This information will help the team leaders assess the background, spiritual standing, and personality of it's applicants to determine who to interview for the scheduled trip(s).  We would like to take everyone, but right now we just do not have the capacity to do so.  Thus, we interview each applicant to ensure that we have the right team with the right skills, and a mesh of personalities so we will be able to efficiently and personally be able to work together to further the Kingdom.
