Our Mission
As Matthew 28:19 says: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” Our God is a global God and we are all called to live missionally by living out the Great Commission. He never promised an easy road as He allows us to experience the charcoal fire of mission struggles so we best understand His grace by remembering our sins, remembering our insufficiencies, and remembering why the world needs Him. The mission is to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, and to love the people we serve as ourselves. Our desire is to imitate Jesus’ behavior knowing that He did not come to be served, but to serve and to save the lost. We want to acknowledge that we have been freely given so much and we would like to freely give to others. Our goal is to care for orphans and widows, feed the hungry, give water to the thirsty, give a stranger a ride, clothe people who need clothing, and care for the sick utilizing our backgrounds in medicine and hearts for God.
